Onpulse Property term Distressed Properties Overseas as sale and marketing of properties that have been bought off-plan and for what ever reason the original purchaser can no longer make payment or no longer wishes to make payment on the unit and wishes to sell prior to completion. This differs from persons wishing to 'Flip' a property. This is a distressed sale, where the original person needs for whatever reason to release funds in a hurry and as such will sell the property at a behind book price. Usually at no premium or little premium from the original purchase price.
